With more than a half-century of combined experience, the technicians at Eagle Automotive & Transmission in Friendswood and Spring, Texas, are knowledgeable about all makes and models of vehicles. Equally important, every member of our family-led team is committed to ethical business practices and integrity in auto maintenance and repair. We accept nothing less from ourselves than a job well done and honesty with our customers. Sometimes, that even means we don’t complete a repair because we told a client the truth about his/her automobile, and that’s okay.

We still hold true to our commitment when we opened our doors. We opted to “change the industry from a profit-at-all-cost mentality to one that realizes putting people first is the best, long-term business plan.” Today, we’re still proud of that. I went to Eagle Transmission yesterday to take advantage of a special oil change price they offered as I am a previous customer. I had the manual transmission replaced in my 2016 Jeep Patriot about 2 years ago. It has performed flawlessly.

I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, the car was brought immediately into a service bay. The oil change was performed quickly, and the technician noted that my ball joints needed replacing. I opted not to perform that service at this time as I only drive the car about 25 miles per week. I had to wait a few minutes for my bill as yesterday was the receptionist's first day of work. The manager arrived to help her process the bill. He informed me the credit card company now charges 3% so I elected the debit card method. He also provided a thank you bag with water and a few small candy treats. An excellent service visit.

We went to Eagle for the first time ever for oil changes on our 2 older cars. We thought we'd try this place since ownership and management at the old place we used had changed and we were met with rudeness and abrasiveness by woman at the front desk. Coincidentally, Eagle also has new ownership and management and we were met with warmth, respect, and honesty by the manager Michelle and the owner David. We observed their similar interaction with another customer in the waiting room. Apparently David and Michelle's business philosophy/model is to build customer loyalty through honesty, respect, fairness. So we hope they continue to do so as we plan to return for our regular car care repairs/maintenance.

Christian was absolutely awesome! I was so nervous about trying a new garage since I just moved to Texas, but I had the best experience. You can instantly tell he has your best interest in mind and goes above and beyond. I had an oil change and an engine light on and they were quick to tell me what was wrong and were able to fix it very quickly. I definitely recommend this garage and I’ll keep coming back!
